Sammamish Face AnswersQuote the claim, then check it

How much is the procedure?

A published price range is not your quote

Read literally, the question leaves the procedure unnamed. Asked under facelift, "the procedure" reads as a facelift. Any range you find in print describes facelifts in general, and a price is only meaningful when it comes as a written quote from a surgeon who has examined you.

Line items behind a facelift figure

A quoted figure is a claim, and I check what it covers. Does it include the surgeon, the facility, the anesthesia, and the follow-up visits, or only some of them? A low number that leaves out a line item is a marketing figure, not a price.

Before you weigh a quote, read plain descriptions of the operation. The UPMC facelift page is one example. The Healthline article on the facelift and what to expect is a second place to read, and the NHS page on facelift is a third.

Itemizing a facelift quote

Ask for an itemized quote and ask what is not in it. Ask what happens to the fee if a revision is needed. Compare quotes line by line, not by the bottom number. A society's facelift cost page is one place to read how facelift cost is framed before you compare quotes.

Only the surgeon's quote applies

A reader's checklist is not a price list and not medical advice. Only a quote from the surgeon applies to you.
